The Authors



Chiara grew up in a smaaaall town in the North of Italy. In 2007, the hi-tech company that she was working for at the time relocated her to Madrid. In 2009 she left the job, pursuing a more food-oriented career. She loves French cuisine, second hand/vintage kitchenware and cookbooks. Now she works in a sort of gastrofanatic paradise, surrounded by kitchen tools and cooking stuff for real freaks :) Despite that, she's still dreaming of a small café with cosy furnitures and homemade food..




Stefano is a friend of Chiara, same background, was also relocated to Madrid. Unlike Chiara, he stayed with the hi-tech company, and is still working there. He has colleagues from 17 or so different countries that he sometimes harasses for recipes and home-made food. He is subject to temporary food obsessions; for example, if he decides to perfect a pizza recipe, he will make pizza multiple times for several weeks. Also, he has a penchant for bizarre foods that are out of fashion: brains, cardoons, pig's trotters etc.
